1) Source attribution for external content

If any listing content—such as photos, videos, floor plans, descriptions, or amenities information—is obtained from external websites/third-party platforms/public online sources, the agent must clearly indicate in the listing details:

• Source website/platform name (if applicable)

• Source link (URL)

If the source is not properly disclosed, the platform reserves the right to request corrections, remove the content, or restrict its visibility.

2) Publisher responsibility

Agents/publishers must ensure they have lawful authorization or usage rights for all submitted content, and that the information is accurate and compliant. Content must not infringe any third party’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, portrait/image rights, and privacy rights.

3) Infringement reporting & takedown

If you believe any content on the platform infringes your rights, please contact us to file a complaint. We will review it promptly and may take actions such as removal, delisting, or disabling access where necessary:

4) Platform enforcement

For content with clear infringement risks, repeated complaints, or failure to provide valid source/authorization evidence, the platform may take measures including but not limited to restricting posting privileges, removing listings, or suspending accounts.
