To ensure every user enjoys a safe and friendly environment, please follow these community guidelines.

Prohibited Behaviors (including but not limited to):

  • Posting fake, fraudulent, or illegal listings/products/jobs
  • Posting pornographic, violent, gory, or hate speech content
  • Personal attacks, harassment, or bullying of other users
  • Spamming, junk ads, or malicious marketing
  • Impersonating others or organizations
  • Any violation of applicable laws in China, Thailand, or other relevant jurisdictions

Where to Find Report & Block Features

  1. Listing Page: Tap the “⋯” or “⚠” button in the top-right corner → Report the listing directly Comments: Tap the “⋯” in the lower-right corner of any comment → “Report comment” or “Block this user”
  2. Shop/Product Page: Tap the “⋯” or “⚠” button in the top-right corner of the product → Report the product directly Comments: Tap the “⋯” in the lower-right corner of any comment → “Report comment” or “Block this user”
  3. Job Detail Page: Tap the “⋯” or “⚠” button in the top-right corner → Report the job posting
  4. Me → Safety Center → “Users I’ve Blocked”: View and manage your blocked users list

Review Timeline & Consequences

 

  • All reports will be reviewed within 24 hours of submission
  • Minor violations: Warning, content removal, feature restrictions
  • Severe or repeated violations: Permanent account ban
  • Once blocked, both parties will no longer see each other’s listings, products, comments, or messages
